Catch is embarking on an exciting period of growth, as our business grows so does our team, we are seeking a SEM Specialist to support Catch’s Marketing operations function.

Reporting to the Marketing Operations Manager you will drive and influence the growth and development of Catch's customer base through the efficient acquisition of consumers and conversions via paid channels (Google, Bing, Retargeting platforms). In addition, you will problem solve and cultivate a happy and productive work environment.

What you’ll be doing

What does a normal day in the life of a SEM Specialist look like?

Well… no two days at Catch are alike, while your primary focus will be campaign execution, optimization, and reporting for selected campaigns. You could probably also expect your typical day to include some of the following things:

  • Working closely with the digital agency on the day to day activity of the paid channels for all Catch brands
  • Working with the wider Marketing Team to ensure all marketing activity relevant to the paid channels, is briefed in and monitored
  • Liaising with the IT on any requirements for the paid channel feeds
  • Testing all paid channel beta’s and opportunities
  • Driving SEM growth through awareness, revenue and achieve strategic business outcomes across multiple product and category lines
  • Executing tests, collecting and analysing data, identifying trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns

Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role

  • 2-3 years at the coal face of Google Ads, YouTube, Bing and ideally one of the large ReMarketing platforms (Criteo, RTB House, Adroll), but not essential.
  • You'll know how to build and optimise a campaign and account in Google Ads, YouTube and Bing
  • You'll have performed advanced segmentation for targeting and suppression for Marketing Campaigns
  • High proficieny with Google Analytics and Excel
  • Things like CPS, tCPA, tROAS, CPM, View Thru and product feeds are part of your lingo
  • Data, you love it, and breathe it - you'll have high analytical skills, and attention to detail
  • A constant thirst for self-improvement/learning to keep on top of the latest in paid search
  • You love to hear the words test and fail, neither you are afraid of fast paced environment
  • Retail experience is a major advantage
