We are currently looking for a Fashion Accessories Buyer to join our Head Office in Bentleigh East. Reporting to the Category Manager, you'll be responsible for using a strategic, collaborative and relationship-based approach to grow your category and strive for success.

As a Buyer, you'll play an essential role in sourcing, selecting, buying and selling. You'll execute great buying opportunities with suppliers that yield optimal commercial outcomes for the business and continue to build our brand as the number one destination. What does a normal day in the life of a Fashion Accessories Buyer at Catch look like?

• Strategically manage your category to maximise revenue and profit targets
• Work closely with the planning team to manage OTB, aged inventory, sales analysis and targets at brand level
• Manage range selection and order placement while building effective supplier relationships
• Set competitive, bold and data-driven pricing strategies
• Monitor industry trends and conducting competitor analysis
• Manage, mentor and develop team members.
• Owning performance targets/ metrics of team
