Do you have a talent for creating standout content that truly represents a brand's identity? Showpo is looking for a Social Content Specialist to join our vibrant marketing team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our brand marketing strategy, crafting and curating content that resonates with our audience and enhances our brand presence across social platforms. We are looking for someone who is highly creative, loves fashion and is proactive in building relationships across the business.

Day to day, you will:

  • Ideate and build content strategy to meet commercial needs of the business
  • Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule aligned with marketing campaigns and events
  • Assist in planning and executing social media ad campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance analysis.
  • Manage content producers and ensuring quality and outputs are optimal where relevant
  • Generate ideas to grow each channel and execute these with excellence
  • Work collaboratively with graphic designers, photographers, and other team members to produce compelling content
  • Craft compelling and visually appealing content, including text, images, videos, and graphics, tailored to different social media platforms.
  • Encompass the ‘voice of the brand’ through storytelling on all social media assets. 
  • Editing all content for the needs of the business - social media reels, tiktoks, stories, campaign launches etc
  • Ensure that all content adheres to our company branding guidelines, legal regulations, and platform-specific policies.
  • Plan, execute and coordinate the production of social media content shoots
  • Manage our brand's online presence across relevant social media platforms
  • Monitor and actively engage with our social media community, responding to comments and messages, and cultivating a positive brand image.
  • Utilise SEO techniques and social media analytics to optimise content performance and reach.
  • Analyse & execute on relevant reporting and coming up with innovative ways to improve key metrics and performance across all channels. 
  • Generate and present regular reports on key social media metrics, such as engagement rates, follower growth, and conversion rates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and social media best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and effective.
  • Conducting industry research of pop culture, social, tiktok and fashion trends and recommend new and innovative ideas to proactively manage how the brand can leverage this through our own content creation. 
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities for content improvement and innovation.
  • Who are we looking for?

  • Minimum 3 years experience in social media content management. (Fashion experience preferable) 
  • Strong understanding & ability to navigate across all social media platforms. 
  • Experience with Google Suite. 
  • Experience with Tiktok, iphone video editing softwares & adobe. 
  • Strong Video editing skills for both social media and campaign.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Previous experience in fashion is preferred but not required.
  • Iphone static & video shooting experience.
