Catch is embarking an exciting period of growth, as our business grows so does our team, we are seeking a Digital Marketing campaign Specialist to support the Catch’s Marketing operations function.

Reporting to the Customer Lifecycle Manager you will work with the Marketing team to lead end-to-end campaign management within the Customer Lifecycle strategy to support key business objectives and revenue growth. The focus of the role will be on the creation and development of market-leading lifecycle campaigns to acquire prospective customers, retain new and existing customers, and win-back churning customers.

What you’ll be doing

What does a normal day in the life of a Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist look like?

Well… no two days at Catch are alike, but you could probably expect your typical day to include some of the following things:

  • You will work closely with the Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager to ideate B2C marketing campaigns
  • Implementing new initiatives, targeting audience segments to successfully deliver effective campaigns
  • Conceptualising, content briefing, obtaining feedback, stakeholder briefing, testing, segmentation, and post-campaign analysis/reporting
  • Managing digital assets and campaign building while applying best practices to continuously test and identify new ways to improve campaign performance.
  • Formulating marketing tactics focusing on sophisticated segmentation and optimising campaign timings to support incentives and offers.
  • Monitoring campaign performance and reporting
  • Presenting findings and campaign milestones, implementations and effectiveness using data and insights in weekly reporting analyses.


What you’ll bring to the role

We are looking for a motivated, results-driven marketer with proven experience in driving medium - to large-scale campaigns.

  • 2 years digital marketing experience involving multi-channel campaign delivery across email (direct marketing channels), social, and display advertising
  • B2C experience working with an online retailer or e-Commerce company
  • Ability to draw meaningful insights from data and identify areas of marketing opportunity and actions
  • Basic HTML coding skills
  • MarTech knowledge – prior experience with Responsys, SFMC or Emarsys platforms will be highly desirable
  • Excellent organisational and stakeholder presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
