About the Role

As a Salesforce Integration Developer based in Queensland, you will be designing, implementing, and maintaining robust integration solutions that connect various systems, applications, and data sources within the organization and with external partners. This role requires a deep understanding of integration technologies, data formats, and protocols to ensure seamless communication and data flow across the enterprise ecosystem.

- Design and document integration architectures that meet business and technical requirements
- Develop integration patterns and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects
- Evaluate and recommend integration tools, platforms, and technologies
- Implement security measures to protect data during integration processes
- Develop and maintain data mapping and transformation logic
- Monitor and optimise integration performance, scalability, and reliability
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across various environments
- Implement caching, observability, logging and other performance enhancement techniques
- Develop and maintain expertise in major iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) platforms such as Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, and Jitterbit
- Provide guidance on the selection, implementation, and optimisation of iPaaS solutions
- Stay updated on the latest features and best practices for supported iPaaS platforms

About You

  • Minimum of 6 years of working in a similar role.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce implementations in a consulting environment
  • Experience in the design and implementation of solutions that include third party systems integrations
  • Strong experience in client facing consulting and solution design roles
  • Expert in standard Salesforce functionality (e.g. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.)
  • Experience with data modelling, process automation, and security within Salesforce
  • Strong understanding of Apex, Lightning components, and Salesforce integration, including best practice approaches
  • Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and practices, including version control (through tools such as GitHub)
  • Salesforce Admin and Platform App Builder certifications
