About The Role

As a Technical Business Analyst,  you’ll play a pivotal role within the Product Team and will work closely with Product Lead of the team, key stakeholders and the rest of the technical team members, and the wider organisation to map, analyse and document business processes and projects. You will also be responsible for overseeing the implementation of technical business projects and solutions throughout the Software Development Lifecycle.

- Gathering and analyzing requirements into User Stories, facilitating grooming, estimation, and decision-making workshops, validating software quality, and support the Product Lead in sprint planning and prioritization
- Work with external stakeholders (e.g., customers) to understand the structure, policies, and operations of their organisations, and recommend solutions that consider the industry requirements and business strategic goals
- Work closely with SMEs in testing and feedback sessions with external collaborators. Work together to assess against business and functional requirements, usability, industry standards and regulatory compliance
- Work with Salesforce Developers and clearly communicate business requirements by accurately capturing them into Epics and User Stories for the technical development and QA teams
- Produce various levels of requirements documentation for both technical and non-technical stakeholders - including high level designs, detailed system requirements, business process mapping, use cases, design documents and training materials 
- Provide guidance and act as a point of reference for technical writers in maintaining user documentation and also write user documentation such as support articles and release notes

About you

  • Minimum of 5 year experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environment.
  • Prior experience working for a software vendor or consultancy firm working across Salesforce CRM implementations is mandatory.
  • Enjoy working in a team environment, owning leadership where required and following when team effort is required.
  • Able to build a cohesive team working environment and engage in positive debate.
  • You are curious and passionate about problem solving.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Business Analysis tools.
  • Comfortable with work management tools.
  • Ability to facilitate a team to consensus on scope, design decisions, and implementation decisions.
