Part of the Hipages Group, Builderscrack is one of the fastest-growing tech companies in Christchurch. With a clear mission, recently renewed strategy and a sense of urgency to be the first to dominate our space, we are looking for proactive Sales Consultants to join the high-performing team.

Your role is to follow up on inbound enquiries from tradies that request more information about joining the platform and communicate the key benefits of the web-based advertising new customers will receive as a valued partner of Builderscrack. 

How you will add value:

  • Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly and monthly KPIs and sales targets 
  • Making a high volume of outbound/inbound phone calls, typically 60-80 phone calls a day 
  • Assisting tradies in creating or improving their accounts so they can be successful
  • Explaining the key benefits and ROI of Builderscrack to potential clients
  • Closing the sale and signing up new members
  • Liaising with relevant internal departments to ensure that client’s needs are met
  • Effective note-taking on all client interactions and input into the CRM system
  • Conduct renewal calls where required
  • Convince tradies to renew the platform that may have unsubscribed

Your Experience:

  • Experience in a phone-based role, making a high volume of inbound/ outbound calls, preferably in a sales environment. Preferred experience in working with sales targets and KPIs.
