About the role
As we grow, we will be be looking to expand our Services Productisation team and hire Senior Salesforce Consultants. Int his role, you will own the Implementations projects for new clients. You will be a trusted advisor for other consultants in the team and collaborate with them to facilitate effective implementations of the Lumary product.
The day to day role may look like
Facilitate and lead client workshops to understand business objectives, processes, and challenges, and provide expert recommendations to optimise the Lumary implementationLead the design and architecture of complex solutions that meet client needs, ensuring scalabilityCarry out high-complexity configurationSupport Consultants with guidance on their solution documentation, design, and configurationDocument requirements for configuration that can be carried out by either themselves or other ConsultantsDocument requirements and solution design for items that will be built by DevelopersWhere required, integrate Salesforce/Lumary with other third-party applications, systems, and data sources to streamline processes and data flowPerform comprehensive testing, quality assurance, and validation to ensure the stability and accuracy of custom solutions within the Lumary platformRun Super User training sessions for clients, ensuring they can effectively use Lumary to achieve their goalsProvide guidance to consultants and clients during the UAT (User Acceptance Testing) processEnsure data quality and integrity by implementing data governance best practices and overseeing data migration, cleansing, and maintenance, whilst also providing support to other team membersProvide support and guidance to consultants and clients during HypercareCollaborate with other senior team members (Senior Consultants, Team Leads, and Solution Architects) to promote cross-pollination of ideas, standards, and training across the broader departmentAs needed, demonstrate the Lumary product stack to clients
You Have
At least 5 years of experience working with Salesforce, including 2+ years in a Senior Consulting roleProven track record of successful Salesforce implementation projects with a diverse client baseProficient in Salesforce configurations, Salesforce security principles, SOQL and deployment of metadataExperience in client facing consulting rolesSalesforce Admin Certification and Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification (or a demonstrated, appropriate level of knowledge)In-depth knowledge and experience with Salesforce (mid to Senior level)Ability to lead complex discovery workshops and train Super Users
