We are looking for a Senior Seller Onboarding Specialist to join the Marketplace team. In this role, you’ll play an essential part in providing direct support to Catch sellers as part of their registration and onboarding process onto the marketplace. You’ll act as the primary interface, interacting directly with sellers, collecting the required information and conducting the relevant verifications to complete onboarding. This role is critical in ensuring Catch Marketplace is a safe and trusted platform for sellers and customers.

What does a normal day in the life of a Senior Seller Onboarding Specialist look like?

Well… no two days at Catch are alike, you could expect your typical day to include some of the following things:

  • Manage the onboarding process for sellers and provide technical guidance
  • Track seller activities and onboarding pipelines in the internal CRM, including detailed and important updates for all seller interactions
  • Coordinate with the Marketplace Sales and Onboarding teams to ensure smooth and successful seller launches
  • Analyse seller performance data and offer data driven insights and use them to improve seller onboarding performance
  • Troubleshoot bugs on the platform, data upload errors and general seller issues during the onboarding process
  • Working with sellers and 3rd party connector partners to successfully integrate seller data within the Marketplace platform
  • Work with the Operations team to assist with data migration from sellers to the marketplace platform during the onboarding process

Requirements

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a technical onboarding services role in e-commerce and/or retail
  • Experience using Mirakl is essential
  • Experience onboarding key accounts with a strong understanding of their technical challenges
  • Ability to diagnose and solve customer service problems
  • Take initiative and operate with a high degree of autonomy
  • High attention to detail and well organised
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical terms
  • Ability to proactively problem solve quick and through proper escalation process
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and Slack (desired)
  • Understanding of HTML, FTP. HTTPS and API
