About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our development team and help design, build, and maintain high-quality software solutions. In this role, you will play a key part in driving technical excellence, mentoring engineers, and delivering scalable, robust applications that meet business needs.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams while also owning complex technical initiatives end to end. This position is ideal for an experienced engineer who enjoys both hands-on development and technical leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack software solutions
• Mentor and support team members through code reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance
• Promote and implement best practices in software engineering across teams
• Continuously improve development processes, tools, and techniques
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and software packages
• Collaborate with principal engineers, staff engineers, architects, and team leads to design effective solutions
• Assist with work breakdown, estimation, and planning for epics and projects
• Lead projects and epics from planning and design through delivery
About You:
• 7+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong full-stack development experience using .NET (C#)
• Proficiency in modern front-end technologies, preferably React
• Solid experience with relational databases such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL
• Hands-on experience designing and developing RESTful APIs
• Strong understanding of event-driven architectures and microservices
• Practical knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles and best practices
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Proven ability to mentor junior developers and lead technical initiatives
