Due to amazing growth throughout the Buying team, we are currently looking for Sales Coordinators to join our Head Office in Bentleigh East. This is an exciting and fast paced position whereby on a daily basis you'll be responsible for ensuring products are advertised and presented correctly on the Catch website in a timely manner.

Reporting to the Category Manager, you'll play an essential role in approving banners created by our Creative, Marketing and Design teams and deciding on cross promotions to boost sales in your category.

What does a normal day in the life of a Sales Coordinator at Catch look like?

Now is a really exciting time to be part of the Catch team. No two days are alike and we are embarking on remarkable growth. You could expect your typical day to include some of the following things:

• Collating and providing all relevant information to ensure accurate ad creation
• Ensuring products are correct and presented accurately on the website in a timely manner
• Managing creation and set up of events, including scheduling and maintaining the category specific tab
• Working with our Creative and Design teams and approving banners to appear on the website
• Performing competitor price checks to ensure references are still valid
• Setting up price promotions as required
• Suggesting new events, identifying trends and opportunities and identifying cross promotions with other categories in the buying team

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in coordinating online promotions
• Online merchandising expertise
• Knowledge of online purchasing behaviours and triggers
• The ability to deliver to strict deadlines
• An analytical mind - spot trends, suggest solutions and be involved in the creative process
• Experience of using Excel in a business context (VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP/Pivot Tables)
• Be able to work with a diverse group of stakeholders and drive outcomes
• Those with a background in merchandise marketing in an eCommerce environment will be highly regarded.
