The Opportunity: 

We're hosting a Recruitment Day on Tuesday 11th of March from 10am -2 pm at our amazing office located in Town Hall (5 minutes walk from the Town Hall Train station). 

We have multiple roles available with salaries ranging from $65K - $80K + uncapped commission + super + employee share options. Our roles are high-volume, transactional, structured and typically phone-based, selling directly to small to medium sized tradie businesses. We have a “Work-Hard, Play-Hard” culture, where your success will be measured by KPIs (both activity and revenue) and we don’t hold back on rewarding your success (uncapped commission, high achiever trips and more)!

Inbound Sales Consultant: Converting inbound leads to sales. 

Outbound Sales Consultant: Following up with tradies who finished their free trial period and converting them to sales.

Business Development Manager: Face-to-face selling to trade business owners.

Customer Success Specialist: Onboarding and nurturing new customers in their first 3 months with hipages.

Account Manager: Nurturing, upselling and retaining tradies over the phone.

Senior Account Manager: Nurturing, upselling and retaining tradies on premium packages over the phone and facilitating face-to-face meetings.
