As a Business Development Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving new business, growing relationships with key decision-makers, and shaping the future of the hipages platform for SME trade businesses. Hitting daily targets (and your personal bests!):
- Close deals, sign up tradies to our platform, and watch your commissions soar with uncapped potential.
- Your daily, weekly, and monthly targets? They're your chance to exceed expectations and earn exciting incentives!
Build meaningful relationships:
- Connect with SME trade businesses, over the phone or face to face. Listen to their challenges, and provide solutions with the power of the hipages platform.
- Turn a “no” into a “yes” with your knack for handling objections and make lifelong connections with tradie customers.
Own Your Sales Process:
- Qualify leads, follow up on prospects, and pitch our platform's incredible benefits with confidence.
- As you build your pipeline and grow your portfolio, you’ll see your hard work pay off as you deliver real value to tradies.
Compliant and High-Quality Interactions:
- Engage customers by following scripts, ensuring every interaction is top-notch and compliant.
About You:
We want a go-getter, someone who’s excited by challenges, has a natural flair for sales, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Whether you're on the phone or meeting clients face to face, you’re always thinking two steps ahead and closing in on your goals.

- You know how to build rapport quickly and can adapt your approach to meet each customer’s unique needs.
- You’re not just tech-savvy; you’re always up for learning new systems and improving your game.
- You love working in a team environment, but you also have the drive to achieve individual success.
Bonus points if you have:
- Salesforce experience (but if not, don’t worry—we’ll help you learn).
- A positive attitude and the ability to bounce back from challenges with ease.
