About You:
- 3+ years sales or account management experience (EdTech and SaaS knowledge preferred).
- Experience managing a territory, strategising & executing the most effective methods to achieve territory objectives (ARR targets, # of new customers)
- Experience in engaging in a sufficient level of revenue generating activity (eg: meetings, calls) to support achievement of territory objectives
- Experience managing negotiations and complex pricing conversations with multiple stakeholders carrying differing objectives (eg: IT office, finance)
- Experiencing overcoming sales objections
- People-first mindset. Trusted team player with ability to build strong cross-departmental relationships.
- Lead by example (be active in the work). Proven track record of creativity, problem-solving, and results.
- Familiarity with fast-paced environments. Fun but driven by outcomes.
- Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills.
- Positive, optimistic, energetic, and authentic.
- Ability to travel (up to 10%).
