About the role:

As we continue to rapidly scale, we are seeking a Product Designer to join our Product Design team. You will work cross-functionally to help build Practice Ignition’s vision. 

Design is deeply embedded in everything we do. As a Product Designer, you will play a critical role in the entire product development process - from discovery and inception through to post-delivery iteration. 

You will work hand-in-hand with Product, Engineering and other stakeholders, to define the user experience vision for our product, champion the needs of end users and support the development team in delivering on the user experience vision.

In this role you will:

• Collaborate with product managers, engineering and other stakeholders to define product strategy and champion the user experience in the product.
• Manage and balance customer needs, business requirements, and technical constraints to deliver outcomes in a lean but effective way.
• Help your team plan and conduct exploratory and evaluative user research.
• Quickly prototype ideas to facilitate the ideation conversations.
• Build design concepts, prototypes and assets to support cross functional teams.
• Establish a transparent process and collaborate openly with your feature team and other designers and product managers.
• Contribute to maintaining our toolkits, including Figma design system, Confluence page templates, Miro board templates, etc.
• Influence and shape the ways of working for the design and product team.

What you need to succeed:

• You have 2+ years of professional experience as a UX Designer or Product Designer.
• You have experience in end-to-end design process from discovery through to delivery.
• You enjoy working on complex problems.
• Prior SaaS experience a bonus.
