Following our recent $50m funding round we’re seeking a founding Researcher to join our talented and growing Design practice.

About the role:

Our customers are at the centre of everything we do, so understanding their needs is critical to our success. As the founding Researcher you will play a pivotal role in shaping our ways of working and ensuring that quality research is central to how we improve our product. 

What your day to day will look like:

• You’ll play a critical role to impact product development and to define optimal ways of working 
• Conduct end to end user research using a variety of methods both generative and evaluative
• Champion the needs of our user, partnering with product management and design to surface insights that guide and support product decision-making
• Establish our research principles, systems and processes and develop best practices 
• Empower PMs and Designers to deliver high quality user research
• Collaborating with Product Delivery, Product design, Data Insights, CX, Sales teams to improve our product

What you need to succeed:

• You have 4+ years of professional experience as a UX or Design Researcher
• Experience with a variety of qualitative (and ideally quantitative) research techniques 
• A pragmatic approach to delivering impactful research
• You enjoy working on complex problems
• Prior SaaS experience is a bonus, but not required
