HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• SEO is at the forefront of our growth strategy so you will have the resources and backing from the leadership team to provide best-in-class strategies and executions for SEO-driven content and product deliverables.
• Our SEO strategy is product and customer focussed, and you will partner with our product teams to provide guidance and advices on the best approach for SEO for new website features, functionality, and improvements (i.e. keyword targeting strategy, site architecture, canonicalization, web crawlability and indexability, core web vitals, site speed, page experience, schema markup, etc.).

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Ensure that all website properties are technically optimised to attract and engage visitors that closely match the agreed profile of the target audience and successfully serve their intentions.
• Conduct detailed technical audits of websites to determine the overall health of the website and what technical elements might be hindering performance.
• Create and maintain weekly/monthly dashboards and reports in order to monitor and identify key insights to inform future organic search strategies.
• Manage SEO initiatives with internal teams which include site architecture, technical SEO implementations, site speed, page experience, keyword research/analysis and content optimisation to improve search engine rankings.
• Ensure all aspects of our content and website are SEO friendly while solving problems and adding value to users across their customer journey and product lifecycle.
• Keep up to date of search engine algorithm updates and integrated marketing trends.
• Monitor SEO trends, best practices, and techniques to ensure cutting-edge strategy, top website rankings, and identification of new opportunities.

YOU ARE

• Technically strong and proficient with content management systems, page rendering, CDN, XML, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS as they relate to SEO.
• Proficiency with SEO reporting & analytics software such as Search Console, Ahrefs, DeepCrawl, Google Analytics, and Data Studio.
• Experience working with developers and product development teams to implement SEO strategies.
• Technical knowledge/experience with site architecture, crawl budget, indexation, sitemaps, canonical tag, robots, redirects, headers, http responses, core web vitals (Cumulative Layout Shift, Largest Contentful Paint, etc.), webpage waterfall chart and more.
• Are SEO-driven but also are user centric and problem focused with product mindset.
• Organisational skills, attention to detail, and project management.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
