DEPARTMENT SUMMARY:

• The design team is small (one person) but will be growing to two very soon.
• The team supports the whole business, and are responsible for driving the customer experience for Simply Wall St. They ensure a seamless customer journey through all digital touch points across web, mobile and other brand experience

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT YOU IF:

• Can rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes and experiment in UI design software such as Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch, InVision etc.
• Have a track record in leading and facilitating design workshops and customer journeys and user research sessions.
• Have experience in responsive website design and mobile application development
• Have a portfolio that demonstrates experience in product thinking where you have previously shipped UX/UI design for digital products.
• Thrive in a collaborative workplace; partnering with other designers, engineers, product developers and other disciplines throughout the company.
• Appreciate big picture thinking. While details are everything, creating an experience that always keeps our users in mind is equally as important.
• Are a problem solver that's excited by an opportunity. You enjoy sitting in a room and white-boarding ideas to positively come up with simple, elegant solutions that everyone can move forward with
